    S&H is currently looking for a talented VP, Account Group Supervisor to join our growing team.


    • Takes on leadership role for annual brand/tactical planning including innovative recommendations that meet the clients’ goals & strategies
    • Maintains high level of product/category knowledge and anticipates threats/opportunities               
    • Establishes and maintains rapport with product/category thought leaders
    • Develops and maintains good working relationships with ancillary departments and personnel on the Client side
    • Participates in the Client budget setting process
    • Ensures timely follow-up for projects/programs oversees regular status meetings with Agency & Client
    • Able and willing to assist in new business efforts by leading tactical planning and project management
    • Demonstrates forward thinking and vision on a brand level
    • Provides ongoing training and development of staff in Client and Agency interaction, problem solving, competitive analysis, financial tracking, budgeting and estimating
    • Responsible for collaboration and day to day task leadership with digital team, specifically project management


    • Minimum 8 years related experience with a clear understanding of market class and brand
    • Excellent presentation and selling skills
    • Strong people management skills
    • Problem solving abilities and solution oriented
    • Innovative
