IntraMed is currently looking for a talented Assistant Program Director to join our growing team.
The Assistant Program Director works on one or several accounts within the group, and has a support role in helping either a Program Director or Senior Program Director in the development and coordination of medical educational programs in a variety of media. His or her primary objective is to serve as an assistant to one or several of our more senior program staff members, working on behalf of several accounts, and helping to implement projects.
In carrying out these responsibilities, the Assistant Program Director will work most closely with the Program staff within IntraMed. He or she will also work with the creative staff at IntraMed (Art Directors, Computer Graphics Support personnel, and Editors) as well as with the Traffic department. The Assistant Program Director will also work with outside vendors, such as printers, freelance writers, travel bureaus, and hotel convention/banquet services personnel. Over time, a successful Assistant Program Director will have an opportunity for Client contact. The Assistant Program Director is an entry-level account services position, and therefore encompasses a range of activities, including clerical and administrative functions.
