IntraMed is currently looking for a talented Speakers Bureau Coordinator to join our growing team in our NYC office.


Speakers Bureau Coordinator will manage dinner programs, grand rounds and lecture programs. Coordinators must be experienced in all aspects of meeting management related to the medical/pharmaceutical industry (all logistics including site selection, restaurant contracts, F&B details, travel, destination services, database management, financial management including budgeting and reconciliation, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously required.



  • Act as liaison with Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and Physician Speakers to coordinate small lecture programs throughout the United States
  • Keep detailed files on all aspects of communication, correspondence and financial documents relating to each program (organized in date order and all necessary documents filed)
  • Utilize database for initiating and tracking progress of each program
  • Must possess superior customer service skills. Needs to feel comfortable speaking across all levels.
  • Provide coverage for other team members when needed
  • Maintain organized program records
  • Ideally should have experience using multiple/different interfaces and platforms



  • Excel, MS WORD, Access, Netscape Explorer, Internet Explorer
  • Bachelors degree preferred


Note that this role will involve some travel and the candidate should be able to travel occasionally (approximately 10% of the time).
