S&H is currently looking for a talented VP, Strategic Planner to join our growing team.
VP Strategic Planner
The strategist/planner requires a broad-spectrum understanding and experience in the content and inputs that form the basis of client/brand OP Plans/Marketing Plans (customer insights, market dynamics/levers, CSFs, barriers, audience analysis (HCP, patient, payer) and tactical channels (personal selling, digital, events, etc.). To participate at this level, the strategist/planner should have the desire and experience to interact with the agency team and client in all key planning and research initiatives related to same. We do emphasize the need to be a fully-integrated member of our core client/brand resource. Fluency in quantitative and qualitative (insight-driven) market research methodology and analytics is a must – and, development of customer insights that will drive and guide brand strategy and positioning, creative brief and process will be a key responsibility.
