S&H is currently looking for a talented Senior Business Manager to join our growing team.


The Senior Business Manager is a key management position that will be managing multiple clients across various disciplines of work at S&H.  This includes taking the financial and scope management reins across finance, operations and account management at S&H and partner agencies.  The Senior Business Manager will be tasked with maintaining ownership of all elements of labor commitments and communicating changes and issues within any client scopes.  Specific goals should be development and adoption of best practices for scope development and management, shortening timelines, enhancing integration in line with client goals, and communicating with agency and client participants as required.


  • Oversee development of annual brand scope of work based on close coordination with all discipline leads
  • Monitoring of annual brand scope of work to ensure responsible resourcing, fiscal tracking and profitability.  This includes communicating any labor overages or underages to appropriate team members
  • Work closely with disciplines to identify synergies, efficiencies, and to demonstrate value opportunities
  • Present final annual scope of work to client once all appropriate parties have reviewed and approved. 
  • Responsible for analysis of financial data, overviews with appropriate discipline leads/team members and initiation of any action steps leading from analysis (i.e., scope of work changes, completion of internal and external financial reports)
  • Actively participate in all ongoing financial discussions and meetings as it pertains to annual brand scope of work, scope changes and monthly/quarterly financial discussions with client.
  • Ensure Operations Directors and discipline leads-assist in the identification of and development of process improvements to leverage enhanced cross-coordination, efficiencies, operational excellence, improved communication and demonstration of value to our client.


  • 7-10 yrs. business experience, some advertising agency experience preferred
  • Agency or other service business background that includes global or multi office client account experience
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently anticipate and manage adversity
  • Financial skills include: staff to forecast planning and budget control
  • Strong relationships and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • The ability to tactfully “push back” on others and make your opinion heard
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Must have management experience, at least 3-4 years managing a team
