    S&H is currently looking for a talented Client Financial Analyst to join our growing team.


    • Internal weekly report distribution to Account Management/Agency staff, highlighting key points to review
    • Regular interaction and communications with Account Management on open issues, such as status of jobs that have no estimate or are over estimate
    • Client Billings: timely and accurate processing of retainer fees, pro-forma, progressive and final bills along with all required support documentation, as well as processing transfers and write-offs. Provide draft bills to Account Management staff with back up for approval where applicable. Consolidate and maintain updated job jacket files with appropriate support documentation
    • Accounts Receivable: monitor collection of Client invoices according to client terms. Provide Client Finance Manager and Account Management with Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.  Assist in making necessary calls/e-mails. Must effectively communicate with Client Finance Manager, internal staff and/or Clients to resolve past due receivables
    • Inventory Management: review inventory levels weekly, and work with Client Finance Manager and Account Management to minimize unbilled inventory.  Monitor actual costs to estimates, and alert appropriate staff when actuals exceed estimates, or anticipated to exceed estimates



    • 3-5 years' Client Finance experience
    • Knowledge of and ability to use current financial system 
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including the use of formulas such as summing data together and formatting spreadsheets for presentation
    • Problem solving abilities
    • Effective written and oral communication skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Professional perseverance to achieve results of primary function
