    S&H is currently looking for a talented HR Associate to join our growing team. The HR Associate will help support the Human Resources team on various projects


    Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Partners with HR Coordinator to process new hires, employment life-cycle changes, creating reports etc. in HRIS system (ADP) as needed
    • Policy communication management
    • Audits pay register for accurate semi-monthly payroll processing
    • Finance month-end reporting
    • Delivers/presents sections of New Hire orientation
    • Assist with Annual Benefits Open Enrollment
    • Responsible for administering WPP Worldwide Ownership Plan
    • Coordination of company wellness events
    • Corporate Administrator for AMEX @ Work program
    • Unemployment Inquiries / Workers’ Comp Reporting
    • Assist with general employee inquiries (self-service site help, benefits/payroll concerns)
    • Support VP, Learning & Engagement to coordinate trainings, rollout performance review process
    • Update and maintain various reports
    • Additional HR projects as assigned


    A.S.K. (Ability/Skills/Knowledge):

    • ADP experience is huge plus
    • Prior Human Resources experience required
    • Detail Oriented/Organized
    • Strong Customer Service Skills
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
