  • Client Financial Administrator - Freelance to fulltime

  • Overview

    S&H is currently looking for a talented Client Financial Administrator to join our growing team. The right candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and ready to bring their whole self to work.


    • Generate Progressive billings and Prebills
    • Reconcile prebills in JDE system on a monthly basis with guidance from Associate Director of Client Finance and Sr Business Managers
    • Work with Sr. Business Managers and Associate Director of Client Finance to ensure billing is properly processed and completed by client deadlines
    • Timely completion of time and out-of-pocket transfers
    • Gather backup documentation for out-of-pocket charges
    • Assist in job closing and troubleshoot as needed
    • Compile color copy data to ensure they are posted on jobs and billed in a timely fashion
    • Monthly download of system reports for key Clients. Generate and format Excel documents as needed for client billing and reporting within client required deadlines.
    • Retain all detail and completed files in organized directories for review as needed
    • Adhoc assignments
    • Ability to work in a team oriented environment



    • Finance or Accounting focus required
    • Must be PC proficient and have intermediate Excel skills, ie VLOOKUP formulas, pivot tables, linking multiple worksheets, sorting and subtotaling
    • Problem solving abilities and out of the box thinking
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines also required
    • Experience with Enterprise Financial System, i.e. JDE Edwards financial system preferred
    • Must be proactive, working independently and with teams
