    The Opportunity

    Sudler is looking for a Business Development Manager to help further support our evolution, focusing on opportunities for growth and development. This newly-created role reports directly to the growth lead across the Sudler Network and will have a direct impact on the group’s growth strategies and initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in helping to define our growth strategy, assessing new opportunities, and expanding our business. Key components of the role include crafting written RFP responses, identifying inventive and engaging ways to deliver pitch presentations, collaborating with Sudler and WPP network resources for business development opportunities, and helping to identify areas of potential growth via research and networking.

     

    What You’ll Accomplish

    • Support the development of written/rfp submissions for all new business opportunities
    • Help to craft the story/narrative for submissions including understanding the network’s capabilities and case studies and how to weave the most relevant content into submission
    • Partner with growth lead to craft new business strategies and presentation stories, with the ability to bring new ideas to life by exploring the most engaging presentation techniques
    • Conduct research on business opportunities and category-specific research to help fuel the pitch production process
    • Help to build the most powerful new business process for the network
    • Engage with senior leadership and executive management within Sudler and throughout the broader WPP network
    • Develop skills and learn about various categories within the Healthcare space as well as various disciplines within the agency
