    The Opportunity

    We are currently looking for a Freelance HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will help support the Human Resources team on all administrative projects for the next few months.

     

    What You’ll Accomplish

    • Creation of New Hire offer letters
    • Preparation and maintenance of new hire packets for regular and temporary employees
    • Execute onboarding activities to prepare for an employees’ first day
    • Delivering New Hire training
    • Employment verification requests
    • Updating company bulletin boards
    • General Filing for HR Department
    • Various Administrative projects

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Detail Oriented/Organized
    • Strong Customer Service Skills
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Prior Human Resources experience is a plus
