    The Opportunity

    The SVP Account Supervisor is the brand leader on his/her account(s) and is a true strategic partner to the client. He/she oversees the overall execution of client projects ensuring that agency work remains consistent with brand strategies and client business objectives, as well as maintaining established quality, budget, and timing parameters. The SVP MS is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day client/agency relationship with a focus on partnering with medical and creative leads to provide proactive strategic management and drive account growth. 


    What You’ll Accomplish

    • Responsible for leadership of one or more accounts, including
    • Oversight of all projects for brand, from inception to delivery
    • Leading multi-disciplinary team (including copy, creative, strategy, project, editorial, digital) to ensure client needs are met
    • Ensuring projects are progressing on time and on budget
    • Clear line of sight into scopes and growth opportunities
    • Regular communications with client, including on-site time at client offices
    • Organic growth of accounts and identification of other new business opportunities
    • Direct line management of account team(s) working on brand(s)
    • Take on leadership role for annual brand/tactical planning including innovative recommendations that meet the clients’ goals & strategies
    • Maintain high level of product/category knowledge and anticipate threats/opportunities for brand             
    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with ancillary departments and personnel on the agency and client side
    • Provide ongoing training and development of staff, including problem solving, competitive analysis, financial tracking, budgeting and estimating
    • Assist in new business efforts
    • Forward thinking and vision on a brand level


    What You Need to Succeed

    • Minimum 8 years related experience with a clear understanding of HCP marketing
    • Excellent presentation and selling skills
    • Strong people management skills
    • Problem solving abilities and solution-oriented
    • Innovative
