Who are we looking for? Someone with great communication skills and can take direction as well as take the lead. We need someone who doesn't have an ego and can work collaboratively with a fantastic group of people who are anxious to take Sudler to the next level. In addition to having a deep and strong sense of empathy (and love of people), we need someone well steeped in the details and nuances of people operations. This includes: helping to navigate health care programs, strong knowledge of benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k, profit sharing), ensure all state and federal compliance, take ownership of HR systems management for onboarding and offboarding employees to HRIS. The HR Operations (Ops) Manager must provide people leadership and process oversight for the key functional areas of Payroll, Data Management and Insight, and Benefits and Compensation.
